My file is identical to chippy's, byte-for-byte.
The copied locations being different for all of us is weird. Looks like an MD5(ish) hash of the email address used for a folder name under "/ringtone/". I like the "TOP SECRET!" bit of forethought that went into that.
Maybe we could get the ARGN folks to use it as background music?

someone in IRC: see, sometimes instead of a man and woman loving each other, men and men love each other. this usually happens in prison, but sometimes in real life

I didn't say a thing. But once again I must point out that the correct word is evolve .

Woop! I'm in on this too. I had so much fun on Adrian Hon's last story/game. Thanks for the heads up with the note batgirl or I would never have found it. Although now I look closely I see you've been recruiting aaaaaaalllll over facebook for this.
Also hello again to everyone I knew from We tell Stories...
edit: oh yeah, the ringtone's by "basher sounds", had a look, they've got a one page website, they do music for web sites, events and theatre productions. Don't think they are/will be relevant to any puzzle. Although interestingly they've not got much of an online presence but where they are linked to they're shown as www.basher-sounds.demon.co.uk which doesn't work. The actual address is just www.basher-sounds.co.uk (I just took a guess and tried it). I think I've just investigated my first red herring

Considering that basically the entire team are ex-PXC players... and it seems the entire playerbase are ex-PXC players...

Great to see everyone mysteriously drawn to this ARG.
Not much seems to have happened, though - how will they know how we have broadcast their tunes? Oh, of course, the agents will be activated!

Darn Brits and your fancy slang for cookies.
Definitely looking forward to this going live, especially after taking a second glance at the resources Law 37 has at their fingertips according to the Let's Change the Game site.
