Got everyone except "Civvies", for obvious reasons (I ain't in UK!). Still at the top of the chart, but many others got the 800 points.

I don't know about posting answers here... Normally we would, I guess, but it might not only spoil the fun for some people but might go against the competitive nature of it.

Of course, if you were on the Darklight team, that's a whole other story... Wink

I don't mean to get huffy or anything, especially as I haven't been back here since the end of PxC but could people PLEASE remember to spoiler answers to the puzzles!

This game is technically in motion now, and I can see this thread getting really messy now that we've started discussing the puzzles. Any chance of starting a new thread in Chaotic Fiction?

Hello? Please listen to the lady and don't post answers openly! Personally I think it's better only to give hints, but if you must post - or repost - answers, please put them in spoiler tags.

Seeing that this'll probably get a lot of attention, moving this to CFwP isn't a bad idea. Go ahead and create seperate threads if you like... please tag them [OSC] to distinguish between other games played here.

New Information

No-one else seems to have posted this, either because they haven't got it or because they're keeping things to themselves which just seems weird to me in this community...

I'm going to spoiler it as it appeared after I solved one of the puzzles
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
This was in possession of this sleeper cell. We're not sure what it is, but have it as a congratulations anyway!

TOP SECRET

Report from Agent 01569

21st September 2008 12:30pm

Target enters the London park by the north entrance. He matched the description I had been given: elegant features, a distinctive chestnut-coloured coat and a signet ring. He walked confidently along, eventually reaching a café into which he entered. I heard him order a glass of wine from Puligny-Montrachet. This was clearly an upmarket café. I'd have chosen a cup of tea myself but I recognise fine taste when I see it. He greeted one of the other customers and sat down to a game of chess. He played the Réti Opening, an unusual choice. I'm sure that it was an excellent game but I couldn't expect to watch undetected so I slipped back outside.

About an hour later, a lady exited, and even with my astute skills of observations, it took me a second to realise that this was the same agent but in disguise! She wore a crucifix around her neck and carried a newspaper. She continued to stroll around the park until she came to a bench on which she sat down. Five minutes later a man sat down next to her and she spoke to him in Russian. What was it he called her? Leah? They subtly exchanged newspapers (oldest maneouvure in the book!) and the lady got up and continued her circuit of the park. A little later, she was back at her starting point.

I now had all the information I needed and returned to headquarters.

now... onto listen and learn!

Yeah batgirl, every solve gives you a little something.

Don't think there's enough to work with yet, but believe it will become important.

I got one puzzle solved! I was thinking of making one unfiction team which anyone can join. We could end up with a fairly large team. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know, for Listen and Learn, if the answer is one of the lyrics mentioned or the song title itself?

I think there's three so far?

Hobnobs, Darklight, and... forgive me, I can't remember the other one. Smile Most people here are in one of them. If you'd like to join one, you're welcome to come eat biscuits with the Hobnobs lot. Laughing

*is still stuck on Innocent Mail*

I keep seeing number patterns, but... still no closer to an actual solve. Sad

I'm not so sure anyone would have me.

@SarahB: With "patterns" you're a lot closer than you think.

A (fairly big) hint for Innocent Mail

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Try looking at your phone...

Am happy to give the full answer if you want it Smile

I'm still stuck on Listen and Learn.

I really was so close, and yet, so very far. XD

Got it now, thanks guys. Smile

Not sure about the answer for Listen and Learn. I seem to have too many options and only one try left for today now. *ponders*

Anybody know what the clock for this thing looks like?
On a 24 hour clock, it's been a full day since I was locked-out of "Russian Roulade", but the lock is still there.

My first attempt on Leading Role was a little over 24 hours ago and I locked myself out last night. This morning, 24 hours after my first solve attempt it was unlocked again Smile

I am still toiling over the correct answer for Listen and Learn. If anyone can point me in the right direction, that would rock like a geode. I get theidea of the puzzle, but my answer is wrong still, so I must be missing something. There is one lyric on the list that eludes me, yet is definitely not the solution.

Also, if anyone needs another team member, please hit me up.
