this is what I indicated in my comment a few back
there's software that decodes various forms of QR and Datamatrix... I haven't found anything that recognizes this one yet. At least, not that produces anything discernable. it's 12x36, and one program produce a gibberish result, the rest couldn't recognize the code.
Perhaps I'm missing something *shrug*
I've tried bcTester , intelcom decoders , and qr decoder .

There is nothing special about the barcode. If you go thorugh the process of making your own photo stamp at Stamps.com, you'll get the exact same in their preview.

Maybe the clue is not the QR code but the image. 'Who' is blind?

Problems of Blindness About the problems we can talk intelligently about the problems of blindness or the potentialities of blind people, we must have a workable definition of blindness. Most of us are likely familiar with the generally accepted legal definition: visual acuity of not greater than 20/200 in the better eye with correction or a field not subtending an angle greater than 20 degrees. But this is not really a satisfactory definition. It is, rather, a way of recognizing in medical and measurable terms something which must be defined not medically or physically but functionally.

Welcome to Boomer52 and SpunkySoda9.
Thanks!
I wonder if the image of the Statue of Libery is significant. A clue pointing to NYC perhaps? Or to other US Landmarks? There isn't a flag on the Google map in NYC, but we still haven't decided if those locations are significant.

Boomer52, HI, maybe the SOL is to suggest that "liberty" itself like the other tag words is or will also become blind?

Don't know if it's OOG or not, but a new "iamblind" search on youtube gives us a 3 second video with a car crash, not like the other videos, but with iamblind.org as a tag. Gamejacking? The user is henrysmithisblind, registered yesterday, has only has very short videos of car crashes. Weird!
EDIT: sevenload.com also has a new video with iamblind.org on it, also of a crash, a bus crash:
http://en.sevenload.com/videos/6Kk9WG8K-Buss-crash-on-highway
And also henrysmithisblind...
EDIT 2: also, there's a discrepancy between the accounts concerning the ages of at least LennyDillane: on youtube 18 years old, on bolt.com, 31 years old.

Good thought about liberty being affected during an epidemic.
riquardo, I don't think it's a gamejack because that would likely direct us to another site not the official one, right? Nice finds on the videos.
