The picture is of the Helix Nebula aka the Eye of God. I wonder how that plays into things?

Ahhhh I think you're right exanor. She feels unheard and forgotten, and I think city of amnesia is what it says after all.

I also think it's "amnesia", a big part of the Byberry grounds will be used for houses for the elderly.
