New Facebook Group

There has been a new facebook group created for Muggle Quidditch 2.0 - just do a search for it. Everyone sign up, as membership right now is pretty pitiful!!! Also, an easy way for everyone to communicate.

Got an email from sonorusSPLATsaveludo.org today.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The majority of the email was in Georgia font but certain letters used Courier New. The Courier letters spell "Ministry Quill"

I will bold the letters below.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Greetings all Muggle Quidditch supporters --

With Ministry of Magic elections fast approaching, this is the perfect time for us to urge the candidates to take a stand on Ludo Bagman's recent disappearance. We at S.P.E.L.L. (the Society for the Promotion of the Expeditious Liberation of Ludo) implore you to ensure that this issue is made public.

Express your concern to the candidates by contacting Emerson Spartz and Rosey of Florida with the subject "Save Ludo and allow Muggle Quidditch 2.0".

Thank you for your time, and join us on the Muggle's Net to support our cause. SAVE LUDO BAGMAN!

Leizel
(S.P.E.L.L.'s Assistant Director of Muggle Outreach)

---
Background information:

Ludo Bagman, former beater for the Wimbourne Wasps, has been blatantly and disgracefully kidnapped by goblins. Although the goblins attacked and kidnapped Ludo, it has come to our attention here at S.P.E.L.L. that this attack was actually sanctioned by people in our own Ministry of Magic.

Up to this point, Ludo Bagman's disappearance has been kept suspiciously quiet. On behalf of S.P.E.L.L. we must demand Ministry action regarding this clear attack on wizarding rights. This behaviour reeks of Cornelius Fudge's corrupt Ministry of Magic and none of us want to return to those days. After all that Kingsley Shacklebolt has done in his time as Minister it would be a disaster for us to take such a backward step.

If Ludo's capture remains unresolved, the dream of Muggle Quidditch 2.0 may never become a reality causing a huge negative impact on Wizard-Muggle relations. To reinstate trust in the Ministry, we at S.P.E.L.L. demand immediate release of Ludo Bagman so Muggle Quidditch 2.0 can be played around the world.

We have been granted a hearing at the Ministry today and hope to hear from many Ludo Bagman supporters. Please e-owl Emerson and Rosey and play your part for the launch of Muggle Quidditch 2.0.

Is Muggle Quidditch an ARG?

Hey Vapor,

I noticed you added Muggle Quidditch to your 'now playing' list. Is there an official ARGN definition of an ARG? I am new to this space so only know what I've read on the forums ...

Also, ARGN doesn't list Muggle Quidditch as a currently running ARG. Do you know how they choose what goes up on that list and what doesn't? Basically, I'm trying to get a hold on what's been consuming me for the last two weeks Smile

Good catch on Ministry Quill! I got the email but totally missed that. What do you think it means?

I think it's a fake letter sent by the ministry - notice how it says Leizel instead of L also?

I think Ludo Bagman is a huge part of this as most of the clues in the original were also about Bagman.

The question is - does this mean Emerson is part of the "ministry" and in that case who is behind Muggle Quidditch 2.0???

I'm not replying to it.

On SaveLudo.org, it appears as though Leizel was appointed Assistant Director of Muggle Outreach for S.P.E.L.L. (the organization behind Save Ludo). It's still unclear who appointed her, but I think she's just another participant like we are.

Interesting thoughts about the Ministry being behind this. I've already emailed Emerson and Rosey as instructed. Anyone else email them yet?

Leizel

Yes, Leizel is just another participant (She's been posting on CoS forums.) She was appointed because she was apparantly the first to reach the saveludo.org site.

Good catch on the fonts!! I read it on my blackberry, so completely missed that!

Way to go Dawnfired!! Great thinking!

How did you come up with putting a .org on the end? Just intuition or did something tip you off?

I have a feeling the advertisement on the website recently found by Dawnfired via intuition may lead to something. Tried Gringottswizardingbank.org and got to nothin'.

First, I like the funny thing about "trust your bank" Smile

Second, in the source of the website the Ludo part is somehow strange formatted. Don't know if this means something.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If you take the bolded and italicized letters from ministryquill.org, you get slashaparecium
