Yeah over at the CoS forum we've been checking anagrams too. I'm thinking it might be substitution. Or just part of a phrase we haven't fully discovered all the letters too yet.

Since there is also a dot, I thought it might be a new site (e.g. *.com or *.org). Since none of those letters appear in the original sequence I tried some ROT.
There is no ROT that results in having C,O,M simultanously.
But ROT 6 leads to:
KORLVJ.ZGKO

changing the order:
KOLVJZK.ORG

I am not an HP expert. Perhaps someone else can rearrange the first part to something meanigful.
(Not sure if this leads to something.)

 		I went on the site, and I think some of the words spelled out "spell it", or just "spell"

I like the idea of it being a website, but there simply aren't enough vowels in kolvjzk to give you anything meaningful I don't think. *shrug*

I might be going crazy, but I think they changed it slightly. I think I see a word and an extension now ...

Nope not crazy. The update gives us

 		Looks to me like both sets of letters are the same, except for an extra "e"

Its...weird. It is an IG site but the PMs have appointed certain players to be administrators. It is the official blog of S.P.E.L.L. which is an IG organization.
