Thanks Biola for the quick work! A quick indexing of both the chapter and verse into the book's name spells:

Someone might want to check that work though...

 		Endnotes - Got it!
Oh, hey! Use the chapter and verse numbers to index into the book names (Sixth, first, and second letters of "Matthew", fifth and seventh letters of "Ezekiel", etc.), and you get "E-MAIL ROB AT NOOMA DOT COM."

nooma.com mentions Rob Bell, the book's author, prominently, so I'm guessing this is the address of the man himself. Any idea what we should say to him?

(Also, on an entirely unrelated note, the CD player in the Temperance video shows "INPUT CD" when Grace supposedly turns on the organ music. Inputting "CD" into the "report someone" box didn't do anything interesting, but darn it, it should have. Wink)

yes, Rob Bell and Don Golden ae lsted on Jesuswantstosavechristians.com, they are the authors of the book. Rob is the face of the Nooma video series (so far at least). So this would be a way to contact him, I would assume. Considering it's just part of the book though, I'm not sure if this is directly relevent to the CoV campaign, or if it's more of a personal connection he wants to have with his readers *shrug* We'll find out soon enough Smile

 		yeah, my guess was that it wasn't COV-related, but I'm be happy to be proven wrong.

It seems to me like Xander (or someone) has lead us to his new band's myspace pretty intentionally this week. It feels like that's the next place to be looking. Thoughts?

which means they have a responsibility to behave morally.
But the last part—the Virtue part—that's where
things get dodgy. They embrace words like Kindness and
Charity and Temperance, but every move they make
reinforces the corresponding cardinal sin. They have a
new campaign called the Seven Virtual Virtues. They're
Virtual, all right—"Virtual," as in, "not quite real."
They don't act—they play-act. Jesus talked about this.

From what I've been told, there are seven people inside the Citizens
of Virtue that desperately want to get out. They only know
each other as The Seven. Each has contacted me in some way,
but I'm not able to help them directly for fear of causing
them harm. I need your help to get them out, and together
we can carefully undermine the Citizens' efforts. I don't
know them by name, except for one. The Citizens of Virtue
have been listening and watching and throwing stones
at me for a while now, but they aren't watching you. Not yet, anyway.

At http://www.jesuswantstosavechristians.com, there's a way in.
It's a small way, but sometimes the biggest help comes from
the smallest of moves, doesn't it?

You can help The Seven.
You can stop the Citizens of Virtue.
You can save someone today.
And in the process,
you just might save yourself.

 		the connection between CoV and "vent"
there might be some connection
random thought, but does anyone think there is a connection between the "vent" found and CoV that we see everywhere?
if you rearrange the letters in "Vent" you get ten V
if you look at the roman numerals for CV you get 10 5
so vent = 10 5 and CV =- 10 5.... what do you think?

i'm just getting started in all of this so forgive me if this thought has been posted previously.

 		Introducing myself
I've been following CoV over on the Facebook group, but this looks like where all the action is, so I'll probably migrate over here. You guys are clearly REALLY GOOD at this, so I'm not sure what I can bring to the table, but I'll contribute when I can.

For my part, I've been staring too long at the pictures at the bottom of the Camp Francis page, trying to tie them into one of the letters, but nothing doing so far.

i meant to say that the Roman Numeral for C = 100 and V =5.
if we add those together we get 105
which is the same if we rearrange "Vent" to tenV or 105...

 		hearthecry, reckon your idea of "vent" being a code word for CoV and your rationale for it are pretty Cool. In any case it's more productive than the hours spent anagramming "The Heaven-Ups" ( Xander's new band) without any joy....
