Just noticed that the signup page gave a box for "UF Handle". Would that be considered breaking the curtain, or would that be acceptable?

EDIT: Just signed up myself. Few random notes: if you go directly to the form submission script with no arguments passed, it displays a message saying "*tsk tsk*". However, if you pass one or more arguments it displays an unformatted version of the alien image.

EDIT the second: Emailed "e" (eSPLATtwiw.net) and sent this:

im in.

not sure if its a total red herring, but i did look up 'howzer' on amazon. i found a book called The Truth and looking at the summary it appears to have something to do with landing on Mars, which could be the alien link. in the character list there is a General Howzer.

considering this whole 'the truth is easy' theme, could it be promo for this new book? it is supposed to be a trilogy.
