When I shake & turn the thing I hear all sorts of noises - nothing like the Isis.

Help

If you're placenta is in the back and you can no longer turn it further it means your keypad should have opened cuz you did what was necisary
to open it the first time.
If the key pad didn't come out:bad luck.
You're now supposed to continue the next steps to open it a second time so then the keypad will again come out and you'll be able to open it completely. For tyhese next steps go to the isis adventure site and look at the extra's,how to completely open the ramisis.
The keypad not coming out has happened for a lot of people and now to do the second part is even harder because only a few have succeeded in this.
Good luck.
Oh by the way,if you're placenta is stuck in the back then don't try to force it cuz you might break something or completely jam the puzzle.

No matter which way I hold, shake or twist the thing I keep hearing a loud latch type noise.

Once in a while it goes silent until I turn a layer or rotate the thing.

back to the begining!

well i gave up trying to open the key chamber and i took the thing back to the start. love to know how i did it but it's been 99% luck 1% skill. Im tempeted to send it back as the midle layer has become incredibly stiff to move and its carving a lovley groove into the layer below it!!! This puzzle is hard work!!!

For the price that was paid for it, you should send it back and have it fixed.

ouch!

if you are digging a groove in your puzzle its all over.....you need a repair...the bb inside is much smaller than an isis1...that is what is jammed in between the layers and no bb..no open....there is a bit of gapping on the first series of the puzzle this can at a point before completion if torqued on let this bb out between the layers.....if you are "milling" your puzzle the only thing that can do that is the steel ball bearing.... Wink
i would return it for repair Very Happy

cheaters

rofl, you guys still havent figured it out yet? Embarassed

theres three ways to open your puzzle, two require cheating.

1. 60% or more LUCK -- 40% or less skill (dont even bother arguing i wont respond and yes there is an ordered way of solving AFTER you see the inside and figure it out). these people are legit and make up the majority. some may use magnets, microphones and/or xrays, not that it helps much.
2. join the 500 club and become a wannabe tester. constantly promote the game in SW forums and keep in touch with developers by sending dozens of emails a day. you will receive more than what the encrypted clues offer.
3. buy more than one puzzle and cut it open. Twisted Evil (some people are a combination of #2 and #3)

opps i guess there is one more way.

4. recieve help/tips from 5% club members.

sorry, just the facts jax Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing

i'd say most of the people on here that have figured it out, stop talking on here. unlike the SW site, we dont sit here and BS all day in 139 different topics. secondly, many of us that are here know how to open the Ramisis, theres just a glitch somewhere. Mine for instance, is being sent back to SW.

Re: Customer service

Mechanically there should ont be too much wronf with the puzzle to be fair. But i it is true trying to reassemble you r puzzle after opening it is not an easy task ti do .

Hey guys, I think SW is slowly but surely figuring things out. Before I had sent multiple emails requesting to change my login to isis adventure but never any reply. I figure it was because they had a much bigger mess on there hands than me.

i agree. is it possible there may be a major flaw with the puzzle (not including the defective RVCs)?
