I have to go eat so I'll make this quick.
Wongmo says in his homepage:
"Close your eyes and visualize dolphins splashing in the gently rippling waves."
Go to USH and look at the bottom little icons. For the lazy folk I'll just post the pic:
Talk amongst yourselves. Gotta eat, bye.

Hmm, that's just the standard MySQL logo, which is on the USH site imho to give it a bit of "real life credibility" I think... not sure if it leads to something.

the icon doesn't lead to anything. It's the dolphin I'm referring to. I'm just opening up a possibility. Maybe it's nothing at all. Then again it doesn't seem too much like grasping at straws to me.
You got a dolphin quoted on one page and a dolphin quoted on another.
If there is a puzzle here, it doesn't look like it's too hard or too easy. It seems more right in the middle which is where most of the puzzle answers turn out to be. Everyone's trying to zoom in on a picture and see if there's a hidden text in the pixels, and maybe there is. But some of the puzzles aren't quite that complex.

Giskard, what could it possibly lead to? MySQL is not part of "conspiracy", just as Linux or MS aren't. It's not a clue, lol

Sorry, Giskard, I guess I should have directed that at neobexrev.

LOL? This is what we do here, laugh at other people's theories? Thanks I feel at home here.
Listen I'm not talking about the damn MySQL. I'm talking about the referrence to a dolphin in both underscorehosting and wongmo. Maybe the dolphin is a clue or something.
But hey thanks for misunderstanding my message. That's okay, I'll work on the puzzle myself.

I'm sorry - I don't see a theory in there. Giskard and I, while not quite "talking amongst ourselves", basically determined that we don't see a clue there. If you want to theorize about how this might be a clue, then don't leave it up for other people to do.

Well, I'm not trying to laugh at you, the only thing is, I think it's pretty far-fetched to link a dolphin-reference on Wongmo's site to a logo of a piece of software (that also has a dolphin) that is quite natural on a realistic website for a webhosting company...
It would almost be the same if you'd link the reference to "a window of oppurtunities" (also on Wongmo's site) to the Windows logo on the USH site... but feel free to check it out of course, the far-fetchedness of some other solutions in this ARG have surprised me before.

My point is you guys were misunderstanding my theory that this is a puzzle. It has nothing to do with the stupid MySQL. It was the dolphin reference. It's the same thing as me pointing out the "number 500" referrences. I wasn't saying that the clue was in one of the sites themselves, but in the number 500. Do you understand now?
And it doesn't seem farfetched to me. I haven't been one to look for the complicated here. I look for simple clues, because often times the puzzles are more simple than you think.

Doll-Fan They are trying to say that the Dolphin is on EVERY MySQL icon like that... it wasn't added... its part of the icon...
It may be a lead, but I doubt it...

I never said it was added. I just remembered it when I saw Wongmo's dolphin references. But well, I guess it's shot down right? Maybe it is grasping for straws.
Forget I ever mentioned it.
Just don't forget the dolphin thing (excluding the frikkin MySQL, just dealing with wongmo). Though I'm probably not the first person to point that out. So oh well.

Yeah, that's pretty wild. He takes a guess at MLO's password - "Um...Affleck?" Can't tell if that's a hint, or just the PMs laughing at us somehow.
