if there's a UK station that syndicates the show, see if their website offers online viewing.

I'm in Canada, and while NBC and other US networks don't allow viewing in "my area", Canadian networks (Global, CTV) also offer those shows for viewing on their own sites (which, consequently, are not available to US viewers Razz

)

Try checking your local network websites, if they offer episodes online.
