Some random observations:
The Indiana state line is approximately 3 miles outside of Oxford, OH.

In scan0002, the first thing that stood out to me is the "it's three minutes to midnight." I know that could just be a simple meaning that it's almost that time but it could also be a reference to the Doomsday Clock.

 		I got contacted by signalantenna this morning. I accidentally shut the window before saving the conversation but there was nothing of relevance said that hasn't been said in other posts. I got the same image as Tex. I had a family event to attend all day so I'm just now getting around to looking at this. I'll be following along. Very Happy

November having 31 days reminded me of something else from the LOST world. In the unARG Dharma Wants You (or TLE3), there was a message in the source code that said "March has 32 days." That's the name of a story in a Mystery Tales comic book, which features a man who decides to see his wife off on a trip instead of inspecting a bridge and feels guilty when it collapses. He blacks out and when he awakens it's the same day, and he is able to prevent the bridge's destruction.

 		That was where I remembered the Oxford, Ohio ref in a convo from and he threw me a blank last night when I mentioned Sapphire (ie projectsapphire).. but who knows..

upside down and backwards writing
simply upside down/backwards writing in parts.

Some parts were pretty easy to read (but I have a weird form of dyslexia or something...LOL)

If that IS the case, then it is addressed to ****** One or Yellhn One...

I have no idea what to make out of l/Igns with Inferous. Signs Inferous maybe?

And from http://www.masterfroggy1.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Alphabet/Page I.htm (you may have to type this in, as I see no underscore for the space between Page and I) Edited to add: This web page is all about Harry Potter! This is probably a coincidence, as it seems rather dark for a Potter themed game.

A reanimated corpse. From a Latin word, inferous, meaning, lower, underneath, the dead shades, inhabitants of the lower worlds. It is also from this root word that the term inferior comes from, meaning lower in rank. To raise the dead is inferis excitandus.
