[PUZZLE?] Number codes in the ID3 tags of zz and zzz.mp3

As Trillian pointed out here (Nice find, Trillian!), there's some type of number code in the ID3 tags on zz.mp3 and zzz.mp3. There seems to be more to them.
You can find them by typing "view-source:" in front of the url or as waitress told me, by opening up the mp3 in notepad.

I don't know if this is connected, but there was that odd last line in echo's email to Trillian.

I'm not certain that this is a puzzle... but I'm hoping that Echo found this safe place to hide.

Tags like that are generally added when exporting from iTunes/Quicktime and are used by iTunes to normallize audio on the fly.
