New email from Sugar Plum:

Oh dear! It looks like we'll need something extra-special to help Santa!
I know he loves to hear the North Pole News. So, I'd like all my helper elves who are taking part in the Random Acts of Christmas to tell finish this statement:
Santa, you shouldn't cancel Christmas because...
Write or record your answer and email it to tasksSPLAT santaschristmastree.net. I'm going to put everything together and make sure that Santa hears it.
I know your answers will help him know exactly why he shouldn't cancel Christmas!

Done! Only the top of TEH Tree still looks a bit bare. If SugarPlum gets everyone's final emails then I bet we're good to go.

I hadn't been going to make Christmas Crackers this year, until this ARG started.
Pictured are the hats, jokes, toys and snap-pulls for the middle of each cracker.

I sent in an email last night about why Santa shouldn't cancel Christmas. I can't really do most of the random acts unless you guys think making hand made Christmas gifts for people would count cause I made everything this year.

Jain, it's all about spreading holiday cheer and honoring the spirit of the season, so I think your handmade gifts from the heart couldn't be more appropriate (and I'd like to see the pix, too!).
Lysithea, very much enjoyed seeing your Christmas Crackers, and kudos to MrToasty for his generous gifts to Toys For Tots.

Ok I sent this in to the Christmas Tree site. These are all crocheted. My grandma taught me to crochet when I was 8 so it's kind of an important craft/tradition to me and I think that fits in with the holiday spirit pretty well.

I can't look at them all just yet, because my internet is rather flaky at the moment, but what I saw was simply exquisite.

@Jain: Love the Rebel Alliance scarf!!!
I emailed my response to Sugar's prompt. Unfortunately, I've been really busy and only really got 1 task done...ah, well. I'm very proud of my little ornament

@Jain--Thinking you'll be pleased when you see how beautiful THE Tree now looks. My personal favorite is your "kooky ski cap" just because your model is adorable .
Unfortunately, I'm getting a standard 404 error when trying to view the top light page.

Everyone sent in very compelling letters and messages to Santa -- great job! Poor Sugar Plum sounds a bit under the weather. Hope she will be feeling better by tomorrow.
