@vawood--For all his Scrooge-iness BHBE does his work diligently. Was gonna ask him what his previous North Pole job was. You can give that give that a go if ya want.

I wasn't even trying to get a response, but BHBE said to me:

BahHumbugElf @Titanium05 Yeah, yeah. The sycophant, goody-goody two-shoes line starts over there. *points at Sugar Plum*
My post was:

Thinking about the Christmas spirit. I would like to be cheery!
I guess I should send an email to sugar plum

From Santa's blog:

Good King Wenceslas, I am tired of thinking about those naughty children who send in letters like that.
I wonder who King Wenceslas is. I don't have any time now to check up on it, but I would love to know.

Um, that's a Christmas carol:

Again he's just using it as a Christmas-related expression as in previous posts. Doesn't mean anything.

oh good point Toasty, I just saw it as a name and thought he was addressing it to someone. I agree that it doesn't mean anything now - thanks!

Oh yeah, I've read about the Christmas truce before! I'd forgotten about it.
My parents gave me a book called "Weird Christmas" last year, and that's where I read about it. I think it's one of the most beautiful and sad things I've ever read...

Dang! Forgot to report my own email to Sugarplum:

Hi!
I just listened to your podcast. Great story!
If there is anything I can do to help out please let me know! I'm in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
I have a couple of little grandsons that are already spreading Christmas cheer. If you can use the help of a 2 year old and a 6 year old I'd be glad to help them help you.
Thanks,
WolfHawk

Thank you for volunteering. And it's so nice to know that children are out there enjoying the holiday season. I'm sure there will be a lot they can do to help out, too. We have some really fun things planned.
I will need your non-North Pole address to sign you up officially. You can participate with the other elves online, though, once we start on December 1st, if you're one of our elves who likes privacy.

I replied with my address etc. This looks like a cute little ARG.
