EDIT: plugging those co-ordinates as is into google maps points to a square in front of Trinity Church - is that Times Square?

According to the Mapquest lat/lon finder, its on the corner of Rector St. and Broadway. I hope our drop later is less glitchy. I can't wait to find out what all is in the packages.

You and me both. My sister lives in Kansas City and is going to give it a go when it goes live.

The New York drop updated again with a little more info, nothing huge but shows they are dealing with the glitches. Hope it's running smoothly by the time it gets to London.

Intermezzo

In honor of the game going live again -- and to distract those of you who don't live near one of today's drop locations -- I've finally gotten around to uploading my pictures from the drop in Los Angeles two months ago.

Just to update, I gave my friend the exact location from the updated GPS coordinates (NYC location) and he says there was nothing there, so I'm assuming someone already got to it.

So we have two college location now. Harvard and the University of Pennsylvania. Harvards is by the Widener Library, Univ of Penn is by the Shops at 40th street near the rotunda.

Hopefully we have word from someone soon on if anything has been picked up. Maybe the website will update the info.

Jeez, the people in Boston were on top of it unlike the New Yorkers...

Hmmm. I was wondering, the description says it's on a fence directly opposite the stock exchange, but the co-ordinates give a location that puts the Manhattan Life Insurance in the way. Maybe he should scout around the stock exchange to be safe?

Well, judging by how these three drops have gone so far, I anticipate I'll be calling in your services later to help us find the place. You can keep everyone here posted on just how lost I am.

Ha! Will do. I need to reinstall Google Earth in preparation. I removed it awhile back and I'm pretty sure it might come in handy...

Baltimore

Has anyone volunteered for either of the Baltimore drops? I live in Baltimore and could get out for the hunt.
