actually, the cd2-5 audio has the section: "I've taken my wife and two children to a secure location and returned to Berlin, stashing evidence against The International to make sure I have some leverage." removed... it's a little shorter. Perhaps just because Berlin's already done so this is a little more generic for everyone else?

 		The 12 character 'code' written on the L.A. CD-Rom, Rgy5H4Jt8saw, would appear to be a password for an IBBC login (the page specifically states that the password should be 12 characters, case-sensitive). Assuming this, the 3 pertinent files mentioned, GE10172, GE18192, and GE08506, are probably accessible by logging in.

So we need a login name...

 		Just noticed (via The Case So Far) that finding the username/password and e-mailing them to Salinger is the goal of the Los Angeles evidence drop. So the username must be in these documents somewhere. Trying every combination I can think of... no luck yet.
