 		Wow, I generally don't like ARGs marketing anything, but I like FEAR. I played the first one, though not all the way through. Though I guess this still just a viral marketing campaign.

On the calender, Dec. 3rd says:

ATC/ALED
TAMPA/ORLANDO, FLORIDA- DISCUSSION FOR
POTENTIAL FOR CENTRAL FLORIDA FLAGSHIP
WILL INCLUDE TOUR OF WALT DISNEY WORLD,
SEA WORLD, ANDREWS AFB, AND CENTCOM

Well... I'm not sure what that really means, but I'm 2 hours from both Tampa and Orlando and have the day off. Lol. Maybe they'll let select people in to play the full game for the day and give them lots'o'stoof? Though there's a calender event.. there are no direction, not a sign up to put you email address in, not even for updats or Spam...

Hmm, CentCom I think is US Central Command (mostly in charge of the middle east) and Andrews (AFB)Air Force Base... I'm not seeing the connections. Disney? Tour?

EDIT- I wrotee down the numbers as they appeared, for about 5 mins, there seems to be no pattern at all, but if you want them, ask and I will post them.


Im also Australian and would love for more CF here, TLR was awsome fun. i havent had a look at the puzzels yet, but i know that scott siglar just recieved a locked metal breifcase and this is the first Unfiction page that it came up with, does anyone know the code?

 		ok, you missed something, during the video with feaealma about 20 seconds in focus your eyes near the bottom right of the video, the words

t system appear misted and white, only for a little bit

what do you make of that?

 		ok you didn't miss it apologees, someone else spotted it, but when i type in FEARALMA i dont get booted like everyone else, the video begins,ends softly and the i can play around with the machine, also on the

I watch that video, and it shows:

Scenes of armacham being attacked by a group of people. At least 2 people were killed, and another is being held hostage. Looks to be some thing maybe game related. They have on masks with breathing apparatuses. And some kind of chemical agent is used towards the end to kill another person.

You know the person who was walking towards the guy? THAT WAS ALMA.

Well, the codes have been posted, and briefcases have been opened. at least one by Mike Fahey at Kotaku.


Just yesterday I started crawling over the armacham site, and this being my first ARG i fear (pun intended?) i may not use the spoiler tags efficiently, so excuse me if i overuse them.. better safe than sorry?

inside the case are an envelope and a USB. The envelope contains prints of the same schematics and guard photos that are also found on the armacham altered site


although that may not be very new, the contents of

the USB drive include a video, with footage of people performing with several psychic powers in a controlled environment, apparently the result of gene therapy to manipulate people with latent psychic abilities. the shadowy figure intends to stop the tests in NYC.


So... apparently it is all about the upcoming tests in NYC. Somewhat far from here. But... someone will surely show up there.

Now, if anyone wants to see the

text documents inside the briefcases


they can be seen at http://phillyd.tv/?p=346 Phil has apparently been brainstruggling to crack that, and apparently all cases contain similar items.
Now, perhaps the press release contains something? two versions, one jumbled letters and one regular. No direct obvious match because letters are repeated. However, some letters in the 'coded' release are capitalized, suggesting a pattern.
The third document includes a list of eight test subjects, are they all briefcase recipients?

Hope that can be of interest and I can be of help to any of you...

Notice the image of Alma on the monitor. The thing is either an experiment procedure, or some kind of ground breaking hi tech simulator for the game.

 		Huh...checking the comments on sxephil's blog, one of the pages lists the briefcase recipients. I couldn't find posts on the topic by Joystiq, and S. Caramouch didn't turn up anything.

Assembling the list of recipients we know / have identified:
M. Fahey -- Mike Fahey at Kotaku (post)
A Birch -- Anthony Burch at Destructoid (post)
J. Ransom-Wiley -- James Ransom-Wiley at Joystiq (no post?)
S Sigler -- Scott Sigler (SciFi / Horror Podcaster, former True Blood recipient) -- post
JC Hutchins at jchutchins.net (Personal Effects author, SciFi Podcaster, former True Blood Recipient) -- (post)
P. DeFranco -- Philip DeFranco (YouTube phenomenon, worked on "Hooking Up" w/ Jessica Rose from lg15) -- post

S. Caramouch -- unidentified, but if real, his/her parents must have had a quirky sense of humor considering the definition of "scaramouch".

According to the posters at sxephil's blog, the Armacham folks have also been showing up in the wild. They also figured out the code from the press release.

Matching up the capital X's with the unencrypted document spells out SEARCH FOR THE WORD READJUSTMENT. Doing so on the website after it goes all wonky reveals a video. Fun video. Very vintage instructional PSA-like.
