Yup, confirmed via the dossier.pdf, which seems to be drafted by the "Psycho-Kenitic Genetics Division" (PKGD). Put into that context, a "PKG Outreach Officer" makes sense.

Yes, see my post on the previous page. It's "THE CHAMBER", and you get it by matching up the letters with the image in 25C of the other pdf file, and tracing the path that the orange line makes.

Phillyd.tv posted a new article on his blog about an email he received at 2pm this afternoon.

It said the following:

Philip,
Please help me.
As you know Armacham has corrupted the FEAR 2 game module but it seems they are still determined to unveil LEVEL 3 of their testing whatever the consequences. Despite disastrous results in the initial testing they are currently looking for 13 candidates to test the module in a device called the FEAR LAB in New York City.
I fear for the safety of anyone who becomes involved in this test and I'm determined to stop it all costs.
Once you unlock the files you will see what I'm talking about.

What was included in the email was the following:

- Psychotronic Amplified Neuro-Inductive Cognition

- new press release document announcing the game, and the tests.

 		Hey guys -- J.C. Hutchins, one of the Silver Case recipients, chiming in. I'm stuck with the rest of you guys regarding "The Chamber." Has anyone had a flash of brilliance and made a breakthrough yet?

 		Okay, the closest upcoming event on the calender is a Christmas Party, which may or may not trigger an event. Otherwise, they might be expecting us to wait till next year till something comes up.

And still, what does The Chambers mean?

 		Hello all.

Well idk if anyone has noticed but if you look at the top left corner of the armaham site right as it crashes you can see a female figure.

Here is a pic of it.

spoilers should only be used for puzzle solutions/answers, or major plot points people may not want to read.
