Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Look at the source code for the website. The last line contains this link:

http://www.youtube.com/14251612181818198HD

It's a youtube profile with our friend (who doesn't know, does he?)

He has one video uploaded. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg82vldryXM

What you'll see...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

Weird fennel-doings, the "Working" guy, the basketball player, and a code that flashes on the screen.

There's this guy talking at about 3 seconds in. Is that arabic or African? Can anyone get a translation?

And yeah, this seems very related. It's also very weird. The quailty seems highly produced. Even though the camera is meant to look ameaturish, the coloring and lighting look abnormal to me.

Someone needs to download the video and capture each frame.

Did anyone who got a hold of the tourism commission last week get an e-mail with the promised info?

The code, from what I can see:

*R-RMRR AI 3.A23

Also, when you view that user's YT profile, you see a screenshot of the margarita drinker from the tourism video, and part of the back of the margarita woman's head.

thanks for grabbing the code! I had trouble catching all of it.

If you notice the graffiti on the van, it says Codles or Godles... i think it's just random graffiti.

ooo nifty
1) the account name could be broken up a few ways, the middle part I'm not sure about; but "14251612181818198HD" could be NYKLRRRSHD, maybe NYAFABAHAHAHAIHHD (or anything in between =P)

2) direct link to the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lg82vldryXM

3) here's a frame collection from the long TIMM video: http://www.flickr.com/photos/thebruce0/sets/72157609933410609 feel free to add notes or comments. There's a few things in there I think we may have missed noting...

working on new video now Cool

The video was filmed in new york, when the dude is raising the fennel, you can clearly see leo's hair 2010 on a sign top right, I googled it and found this.

http://www.yellowbot.com/leos-hair-2010-inc-new-york-ny.html

Not part of the game almost certainly in my opinion, but thats the location of the filming.

I wonder if this was the bonus info they promised. When I took a look at the source code initially I did not see the link. Anyone else recall if it was there before and I overlooked it?

Could the code be an equation of some kind?

It wasn't there when I first posted this thread. It must have just been added recently.

I don't know if this is a shot in the dark, but googling *R-RMRR gives me a link to the New York Public Library about specialized biographical sources.

It looks like the video was shot in New York, so maybe there is some connection?

maybe they want someone in NYC to go to the library and look for a book? It could very well be a book code that they gave us.

Good catch! I am trying to look it up as a call number, then - anyone else have any luck? You may wish to look at the YT vid again to make sure I did not transcribe incorrectly. Smile

(and you know what's freaky? Google has already cached my post with that number in it. Crazy.)

dposse, it feels to me that it's just ambient chatter, but it would be cool to be wrong about that. Smile

This seems likely to me, from the codes on the library site, it seems as if our code is formed similarly.
