Anyone within the area code of these libraries? If we have no problem calling fictional travel commissions we shouldn't be afraid of little ole' libraries... Razz

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas why the 'i' in *R-RMRR AI3 .A23 is a different colour and font to the others?

If no one is, just explain to the librarian that you are on a scavenger hunt and a clue lead you to that specific library.

Can this be a connection to M. Rev. Don Lewis featured in "Hoopeston" ??

Maybe... He said his first name, but I couldn't catch it.

I just called and checked - it's Michael Lewis.

When you reach his voicemail, you can apparently press 5 "to page this person", or you can leave a message.

I agree with the bruce about a possibility of a drop. This video was categorized under "Travel and Events" while the other was under "entertainment".

Okay, but when? And if thats true, then we need someone who lives in NYC to go there and get it.

I can call the NYPL in just about an hour (work interferes with fun) if no one beats me to it.

Oh looky

http://catnyp.nypl.org/search?/c*R-RMRR+AI3.A23/c*r+rmrr+ai++++3+a23/1%2C1%2C14%2CE/frameset&FF=c*r+rmrr+ai++++3+a23&1%2C%2C14

It appears that there are quite a few with that call no. but they are all followed by a date....which we might be able to narrow down?

I've been to library drops before, where a specific call number has been given, and the item/info was simply left in the book/periodical... no timeframe given. It could already be there, wherever 'there' specifically is.

I'm in NYC

I can probably make a pick up.

If it's in Chinatown it'll be fairly close to my work.

Ack, beat me to it Razz

I know from some previous librarian experience that RR is often short for 'Reading Room'. So,we might be looking for a specific reading room?

SPEC: YT Keyword

Unrelated to the coding business, but related to the video:

The two keywords for this new video are "14251612181818198HD" and "YT."

If you click on YT, the very first video that comes up is a video put up by someone else showing off a Corellian YT-1300.

Corellia is Star Wars related, and this YT-1300 is the same kind of ship as the Millennium Falcon. I don't know if that in particular is related, but the Corellian bit seems to click with our friend the chancellor.
