I think that the whole forms and paperwork is them saying that they can't talk about it because they're under some sort of contract. It's really a bummer that, if this is the case, they're not allowed to talk about something that clearly went nowhere to appease a bunch of us who are clearly still obsessed. I drove from Boston to NY and back in the dead of winter for this game....just throw me a god damn bone, haha

I think I found the company behind TIMM.

Well that's certainly interesting. What makes you think they're behind TIMM though aside from Thomas Bender being listed as working for them?

It seems like thats their thing. To create things like this or other ad-type things.
Also, Todd Mazierski (who did the music for the whole "Blackstar no Blackstar" thing) also works with them doing music.

I'm not so sure. It looks like most of their previous clients have been pretty high profile, and TIMM didn't seem like it had a huge budget or team behind it.

That's part of big the attraction of ARGs from the company side, though: you can get one going for a tiny fraction of the cost of running a 30-second TV spot even once, and you get enormously more bang for the buck since they're engrossing and interactive.

That is fairly weak evidence. Anything more solid to hang a fact onto?

I'm not saying you're wrong. People probably overlap and do similar projects for each other in that line of work. Still, not quite a smoking gun for me, depending on what you mean by "authors" of a project and not just "technicians"

Don't know if anyone else saw this, but Lipps Leroux is active again. She just accepted my friend request on facebook, as well as many others.

Holy shit, after all this time we're back in the saddle again!
A comment on the above tumblr:
"There's nothing more beautiful than function! A friendly instructional to help citizens move is wonderful, but what if a whole world were crafted the same way ... precise, overwhelming, and playful? Let's explore new cities! What happened before? Reserve a table for five, and hit the dance floor when we're done."
My interpretation: They can't exactly restart TIMM but they're doing something similar with a different city. Remember the FB comments from awhile back that hinted toward heading for the coast?
