I'm sure this is the same as the 129 thing. I received this email this morning in response to a 129 related puzzle:

I will not bombard you with details, or my emotional reaction as I do on the pages, but I will lead you into the direction of something bigger, or at least I believe so. Forgotten Resources Of Stolen Team Apparently, OPERATION FROST is undergoing to keep daddy hidden. Stay on my side. Stay Smiling, Chell."

I sent this email:To Whom it May Concern,

If you read the 129 blog thread.People have recieved emails mentioning frost.It seems frost blog may be the villians or something.Dunno i wasnt playing 129 when i started this.But read the thread and it is mentioned as part of it.

It's definitely the same PM, they just weren't careful enough to set up a second account for their "bad guy"
