SPEAK!

Are there any programs available that allow you to synthesize voices?

Other than Microsoft Sam?

I have been doing some heavy-duty work with Julius/Julian over the past few months. Julius/Julian are speech recognition libraries fro Linus/Unix.

After I get the server to recognize some speech, I have it speak back using the Festival server. Check out the link here.

What are your plans for text-to-speech (TTS)??
