I'm intruiged by the dots all over the map, as the current blinking is nowhere near the coords (rather over central Spain, by a dot that seems to be Madrid or Toledo or something). should we try compiling a list of where the dots seem to be?

I see Michigan and maybe Oslo and London... maybe these are NORAD or NATO or some sort of espionage locations, based on the MI6 link?

Also, I wonder if we are able to figure out which 8 digits are used in the phone number of the audio. If we can deduce that, perhaps someon could make a call with a modem or fax machine and see if anything connects.

converting the modem signal into something useable... i don't know if that's possible. Anybody?

The thing is, though, the circle (what was a square) is positioned over what might be north-eastern Spain or even France.

Have you gone to the particular coordinates they state? Over at the reservoir? Perhaps they deaddropped there.
