 		Okay, So this is what happened at the reading in Tempe AZ. Got in, Ricky is a Reikki Master. Seems the office he was in was a temporary office. He had me shuffle the cards. Then he read me my fortune. (uploading video to youtube now). We talked about life, family etc. About half an hour later he started to close his reading. Then he said how do I get to where he saw me going in life. Which I guess I needed a compass. That's when he handed me a Ironkey USB Stick. has a nice CF with wings on it etched into it. Then he said this, transmission 30-Forget Protocol. Nice guy, couldn't tell if he was a real psychic or not. But was strange to say the least.

of the YouTube Video you were speaking of....?

(we just had audio- also-
does anyone know how to get the audio
to work on your computer as far as downloading it?)
*ie.. need a special program or what cuz ours isnt working*

Looks like someone is going to meet the xfactor. Zone 8 should be scared:

"-Factor is on the loose and is targeting the first place zone which as of now is Zone 8. Should X-Factor catch up to any citizen, that zone's compass will be suspended for a period of 24 hours. He will ask you for your compass at which time you MUST surrender it. He CANNOT physically harm anyone, but can cause your zone serious headaches. As the test progresses, his powers will increase, but for now this is all he is capable of."

Well, at least you have a guarantee you won't be harmed Shocked

yes, that is from zone 7.


Ok, put your videos up on the wiki - you are welcome to add anything you want on the wiki for your zone - it is hard for me to know what is happening with each zone.

Also, if anyone else wants to add any details to their Zone on the Wiki please feel free too - Everyone's clues will be different.

The only thing to keep uniform, I try to put the date on the heading to keep consistency/order.

Zone 6 videos are up (actually mostly audio) on the wiki. Pt 4 and 5 are really creepy the way our psychic Sylvia Bright-Green describes the X-factor - creepy she picks up on it really uncanny.

Any other zone have videos, please let me know or put them up yourself on the wiki.

Hey all, Loki Khan here. I'm the current runner for Zone 6 and the goofy dude heard in the psychic reading audio. I just wanted to post a few quick impressions of my trip to Wisconsin.

My first reaction upon arriving in Wisconsin was, "Damn, that's a whole lot of snow". On the journey north, it was fun to watch both the geography and the weather change by degrees, the skies kept getting greyer and the landscape whiter. But you don't really get a sense for just how much snow there really is until you're standing knee deep in slush. OK, maybe I'm exaggerating a little, ankle deep is probably more accurate. I'm from south east Texas though, and we close schools and send people home from work when there's an inch of snow and temps right at freezing. So, needless to say, the degree of Winter Wonderland-ness was very alien to me. I proceeded to geek out like a 6 year old and tried to build a snowman on the side of the highway.

So, digressions aside, I met with Sylvia Bright-Green (affectionately known as the uncanny Granny) at her house in Sheboygan Falls. She was extremely friendly and was fun to sit and chat with. Now, I have never had a psychic reading before, so I was unsure what to expect. Sylvia made me feel right at home and the reading was easy and entertaining. I don't know what the technical classification of "psychic" is, or how the various branches are delineated, but Sylvia struck me as more of a medium than a traditional psychic. She reads spirits and spirit energy and gleans knowledge from those communications.

During the reading she had some insightful thoughts and, game-wise, some incredibly interesting things to say, especially in regards to Randy and the X-Factor. I don't know how much bearing what she said will have on the game, but you better believe I was paying extra close attention to that part. I wish I had asked her more about some of the other characters, but oh well.

I was anxious to get my hands on "the box" she kept referring to and when she finally broke it out, I felt like it deserved a bright flash of light and a chorus of castrati singing "AAAAAAaaaaaaAAAAaaaAAaa". So yeah, the compass is sick. It looks very slick and I had a very Jason Bourne evening trying to keep in touch with my zonies and figure out and enter passwords without this thing melting down in my face.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, an exciting adventure across the frozen tundra of the American Midwest. Staff of the Magi did a great job putting this together and I'm glad to have been a part of it. I can't wait to see what they have in store for us. Apparently the X-Factor is out there, stay frosty runners…

I'd like to thank BigBrother, Pearl, Palm and everybody in Zone 6 that provided such great support throughout the process. The mission would not have been nearly as successful without yall.

P.S. For those of you wondering how the highway side snowman faired, the answer is: poorly. If you're like me and have little experience with snow-bound activities, here's a friendly pro-tip, bring gloves. My hands were so cold after about 30 seconds that I thought they would snap if I hit them on something hard. The snowman experiment was more or less over before it really got started. On the plus side though, my buddy Chinican who went with me, got to throw his first snowball with which he drilled me square in the back. My resulting displeasure can be seen in the pics that accompany the audio on youtube.

It's a good thing it wasn't snowing bad or your could have ended up in a ditch with no gloves or shovel to get you out. LOL. Glad you had fun making a snow man. You forgot to make an angel too (as long as you were being a geek in the snow).

Sylvia had a funny personality - she sounds like she was lots of fun, and I still can't get over her reading about the x-factor. I guess that is why she is called the "uncanny" granny.

 		Palm, the thought of plowing in and making a no shit snow angel crossed my mind. Briefly. After freezing my hands nearly off, I just didn;t have the cajones to go full body into the snow Wink

Anyway, the more I think about it, the more I wish I had asked Sylvia about Dante. I have this weird train of thought fermenting in my brain about Dante being the X-Factor, but I can;t make it make sense. If that makes sense Shocked

Im reeeeeeeaaalll interested to see just what happens with the X-Factor. Has anybody run into him yet? Zone 8, I'm looking in your direction. As first place right now, the X-FActor may be on your tail. Any word from him yet?


edit: also Randy could be the X-factor. Two bodies one head could be in reference to theoir family...My head hurts...
