 		So, yeah, it would seem that I have just given Leyton two new chest holes to breathe through. I am so, very sorry about this:

After a moment you notice that there are thin bits of fog floating quickly around the village. They are so faint that you can hardly keep track of them.

Looking back at your fellow traveler, who has just finished consulting his ghost adviser, you speak the word "laser" one last time. This time the word seems louder and more focused.

As the word leaves your lips, you see beams of red light pierce the other traveler's chest.

He falls to the ground. The two smoking wounds in his chest appear to have killed him.


So let's recap. Yes, I do have laser beam eyes and yes it would seem that I just accidentally killed Leyton with them. My reply to this horrible development:

You have no idea how bad I felt about that. Here I was just killing time, taking in my surroundings while Leyton consulted Hesor, and then I fry a friend. Now I am the officially the village murderer. I am a jerk. I swear it though, if there is a way to bring him back to life, I shall! Until then I am watching my back. Some sort of punishment is sure to be handed down here for my reckless use of laser beam eyes.

In the meantime can I call you Gazerbeam? I mean, when I run into you we are going to have a fight to the death on top of a German tank that's about to drive off a cliff, but until then we can pretend that you are a super-hero or something...

 		To be honest I feel like I have Loser Beam Eyes right now. I ruined a sweet setup of magic armor and laser eyes. I don't know that a super-hero would kill an innocent. I may have just crossed into villainy, at least until I can somehow revive Leyton. If his tiny horse will speak to me after what I've done then maybe he'll have an idea of what to do. If there is no apparent way to save Leyton, then I'll try the Hesor route.

Gazerbeam is freakin' hilarious! And Leyton, again, I am totally sorry about this little mishap. I'll figure it out, I promise you.

So much for using that whip for protection, huh?

Yeah, the whip might not cut it, I'll probably just have to close my eyes and hope you're dead when I open them. It's worked for me before...

I stole Gazerbeam from the Incredibles so I can't really take credit for anything other than having good taste... Razz

I imagine there will be a way to bring Leyton back. If not, I'm coming at you eyes wide shut...

Here's the info on the wine bottle, which I'm just going to take with me.

Here's the reply I got, looks like we are about to rumble!
