something going down that looks like an ARG to promote FEAR 2

Anyways, the video says that the passcode to get into the steel case will be given to him on December 5th, which is next Friday I believe. In addition, this website (http://www.armacham.org/) is up now, and if you give it a couple of seconds and (maybe) a couple of refreshes [that's how it worked for me...], it comes up to a really strange website. Any help on this would be appreciated, for all of you who are fans of the game/series.

By the way, be sure to read the video description on the youtube video, because it gives important information.

(OOG: sxephil, should he play a big role in the game, is awesome. You should definently check out his profile.)
