Then it needs to be rotated. The hex answer gave 12-24 hours, which I think is what The Detective intended to say.

Very, very good news! Great work team!

On the Detective Blogger http://chiefdetective.blogspot.com/ he made two new posts one titled Double Lock Seal For your Protection, which is a braille code that
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
translates to binary that translates to:

I have just received word that Sergeant John Miles has died while in custody. He was being held by the Portland PD awaiting transfer to a Federal Detention Facility. He was found at Approximately 0430 having died of an apparent suicide. What concerns me about this is that a power outage at 0421 until 0428 eliminated all video surveillance of the cell. So foul play cannot be ruled out. TINAG is operating under Lock Box Protocols Code word: Rescinded. So don't trust anything that is publicly stated by them.

The second, most recent post is another code, that looks darn familiar but I can't remember what it is, and since I'm new at this ARG thing and deconding, someone else will have to do it. It's titled Traditional and the code is:

Nice one! God, this is really fast paced - blink and you miss it!

Can I get clarification on something?

John Miles died under suspicious circumstances, in police custody, after attempting to steal the videos from the hospital in which the Mayor was receiving medical attention. We know that he was involved at least in the shooting, do TINAG?

Additionally - why do we not trust them?

Thanks!

Leyton was right, gone one day and you miss everything.

Well, suspicious circumstances is the understatement of the year.

Laughing You have a point.

Also - we're going to need to brainstorm up a report, since we only have 24 hours max...

Well, if TINAG know they aren't saying anything because of "Lock Box Protocol Silence". Guess if we want anything from them we'll have to wait, like the Detective says...

After the fast pace of the last few days, waiting is going to be almost insufferably difficult. Here's hoping the D will pass some info on Davis to us to sate our appetites.

Probably that he's tripped and fallen down a well...

PS: Ladies and Gentlemen, we have "Lock Box Protocol Clear"

THIRD EDIT: Antonio specifies "chief suspect", singular. IMPORTANT.

Huh.

Seems if you find the right way in, some of the TINAG Team are willing to talk to us outsiders. I'm conversing with Elizabeth at the moment - I'll let you know if anything comes up...
