So far? A pseudo-scientific explanation of how purple aliens can be used to help witnesses recall stuff. I'll let you know about anything relevant. Very Happy

Also, re: victorgil, I don't think we'll get access to the open cases because we're not actually part of TINAGPD. And gagging the previous response to a query for access, I don't think we're likely to see them EVER. As the Detective keeps telling us, we're "off the books".

Thanks to many on line tips and one brave witness coming forward I believe we have broken the back of the gang activity I was sent to investigate.  		I tried Roting it at all intervals of -13 to 13 and nothing and then I tried vigenere and nothing.

Why would it be called Rotation if Rot-13 wasnt involved.


another note:

maybe it is substitution cipher I will try that.

I actually used the unfiction Vigenere guesser first. It's usually successful 50-80% of the time, so it's worth a try. After that, I just wanted to see why that key worked - the title was rotation - so I used ROT-it which shows all possible rotations from rot-1 to rot-25.

Really weird! When I put zwbibqwv in the rot translator it gives the same result you show, but when I put rotation in the translator it gives me this
