 		I just want you all to know that I tried just about every cipher I could think of to no avail. I'm sure someone will figure it out.

I tried using the variant 36 as some kind of hint and found a machine called a Hagelin C-35/C-36, but I can't find anything that'll decode a message from it...

Two ARGs are stumped right now. These PMs are really doing their jobs!

What I need you to do is participate in the game, determine who the plant is, and get that info to TINAG before the transfer. Once they know who will be receiving the funds, they will be able to monitor the transfer and get the proof they need to shut it down. Remember, I still believe there is a leak at TINAG, so be careful how you give the info and who you give it to. Think Portland proves Antonio is clean, but he will be unavailable for the most part do [due] to court preparations. Also am fairly certain that the 4 players who are not involved in the scheme are telling the truth about all things. This will take a bit of tact as you will see when you get to the game site.
