Do not listen to him."

Yeeeah, so to set things straight, I am not Mr. Sgrooms, whoever he may be, and I am not part of any organization. I am, however, a follower of the Isis Adventure. Anyone who spends five minutes on the Isis website can see exactly what is going on here. Mr. Sgrooms was too much of a wimp to work out the puzzle himself, so he posted it here hoping to get it solved free of charge.

As for this "jack allede" crap or the "number community" thats just some half @ssed BS designed to disguise the fact that Sgrooms has been trying to get others to do his work for him.

Anyway, all this to say, PLEASE lock this thread

WARNING!! This is indeed a scam!! the isis adventure is a separate ARG community. The Isis is a handcrafted british puzzle worth around 300 dollars. Every month, another puzzle is hidden somewhere in the world. Clues are posted in order to find the puzzles. As you can see from this website, http://isisadventure.com/start/free-clue.php?id=268
this code is the clue to one of the puzzles. By posting your hard work here, you are only doing this guys work for him. He has posted the clue here and expected us to solve it for him.

I know this because I have been working on this code myself and saw that it had been posted here. I had to make an account and warn you so that you would not waste your time on this.

But check out the Isis Adventure. It is a really cool arg with a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

is particulary lame he cant solve his own puzzles as for cyphertext you have my respect

I believe what my friend here is saying (to put it a different way) is:

Wow! There was a group of us working on this over at the ISIS adventure forum. Can't believe you guys solved it so quick. Very awesome.

Too bad this was done outside the actual adventure. Sorry that someone used you to gain info they couldn't do themselves. This really stinks for those of us that are working so hard at the ISIS forum to play this game.

With that being said, perhaps some of you would like to join us on the ISIS adventure. It's full of puzzles, riddles and mysteries just like these. We would love to have more members helping solve the riddles.

Won't you please join us? It would seem to be right up the alley of most of you. The ISIS I and ISIS II (Ramisis) are out now with ISIS III in pre-production and more info coming soon. We also have a pre-buy program called the 500 Club that will allow you to beta test the new Sonic Warp puzzles and see what goes into make quality puzzles like this.

Warmest of Regards and thank you for your time,
ISIS Security Officer Wink

Can I just say ROTFL?

Seriously, we ruined another part? When did we ruin any part of Isis previously? And erm dude...? We didn't realise it was even PART of the Isis adventure until after we solved it.

This particular forum on Unfiction is a place where people come and POST TRAILHEADS for people to PLAY ARGS. - We don't sit here and analyze somewhat 'cryptic' first post wondering whether or not it's part of something else...

Don't be so bitter because someone got one over on us as well as you because you paid to play a game and are (at the moment) the "top poster" - And wishing we'd all die? Now c'mon are you under the age of 16 and paying for ISIS w/ mommy or daddy's credit card??

Chill out, grab some Mince Pies and a glass of Sherry; it is after all... The Christmas Season.

Wishing you and yours a VERY Merry Christmas from one and all at Unfiction.com Smile

P.S - Maybe try playing games here instead of spending money on them? (no offence to ISIS. I'm sure winners get their moneys worth!)

P.P.S - Your friend here (bit1313) had the right idea.

Wow. This just goes to show that just because you have the money to buy a pricey game doesn't mean you have the smarts to solve it.

Maybe etiquette lessons would have been a better idea for the money you spent?

So we solved an Isis puzzle out of context?

I guess the Isis community need to keep an eye over here so they can tell us when one of the puzzles posted relate to Isis, because, otherwise, how would we know? And, even if it was related, I don't know if that means we don't solve it...

As for locking this thread, that isn't what we usually do at these forums. Eventually the thread will die of its own accord.

YOU MISUNDERSTOOD

man o man.....16?.....i hoped that the forum known as unfiction would perish....you people just dont know any better ..no ill will to you personally.....lets just say.....i know who wrote that riddle and they put a lot of time and energy into it....yes the adventure has a huge grand prize and many high value prizes besides....
you act like you dont realize there is a very detailed opening procedure for the isis1 puzzle on this forum....it is not just a puzzle..
i have watched this forum give away vital information and when approached by the owner of the company...your admin. told him to ,and i quote "piss off"...now who is 16?
freedom of speech doesnt cut it when you are talking about a sweepstakes with cash prizes at stake....
nor does "i didn't know"...where you live is ignorance of a law an excuse?
i did go off ..2 years of watching you support blatant cheating and now i am the badguy for calling you on it?

currently you have 2 isis adventure spoiler threads going...and that riddle solution thread......oh and the giant non removable post in timewasters called isis adventure read this first.....unreal....a full on walk through for a 300 dollar puzzle deemed "the hardest puzzle in the world"....not any more thanks to YOU...congrats!!!

so i am quite proud to be called names by the likes of you losers

I acted like it because it's the case... I (and a lot of others) hadn't even HEARD of the Isis puzzle game thing, until now. And hey it isn't our fault we solved the damn thing long before you guys, stop being so bitter.

So... When you saw we were ACCIDENTALLY giving away "vital" information as you put it, why did you not STOP US SOONER? Why do what you claimed we did and wait until we'd already solved it? - Uh yeah that's logical, no? And you claim the admin of uF told the "owner" of ISIS to "Piss off"? When told about this? Prove it...?

All the company's owner had to do was BAN your friend "SGrooms" from playing ISIS and post here explaining the situation but again no; apparently it all comes to a bitchfest once it's all over. And our admin would never do that our admin would be the first to take steps and see that this kind of stuff isn't happening and would work with the other sites owners/admins; so please... Stop trying to cause more drama.

Um yeah actually... Freedom of speech cuts it in every action and sense of the word. Personally, again I'd never heard of ISIS until now and don't visit Timewasters so /shrug wouldn't know. It's not my choice of what goes where and if the owners were that bothered by it they'd do something about it b/c I know full well the admins here wouldn't be bothered by deleting one post from timewasters.

And if you're 38... Act it... "Dick".

If the puzzle is so hard why are Unfiction guys shredding each puzzle with ease? Seems people are angry they dropped $300 on a game they can't solve...

Even if I was into spending $300 on a puzzle I would pass on Isis simply because of what I've seen of the players here.

Amen to that.

The Isis post in timewasters (for reference, this thread) is not only still there, but actually stickied. That means that someone here went to the trouble of noticing it and stickying it. If the owner of Isis really had come to the admins of unfiction and politely asked them to remove spoiler information about the isis puzzle, it sure as heck wouldn't be stickied. (ETA: I am in no part speaking on behalf of the staff here at unfiction, unlike someone calling themselves "isisadventuresecurity", just pointing out something that should be apparent and obvious)

In short, you're bitching at a group of puzzle solvers for solving a puzzle. We don't tend to research a puzzle's origins before solving. Whoever did post this thread (unlike others, I'm not going to throw names around) is the one who you should be bitching at, for attempting to use us as a resource to solve the puzzle for him or her.
