 		[live event] New York City this friday December 19th
I'm not sure what is going to happen but anyone in the new york area should join us. I'm sure we will need online support as well.

BA St. Feline, the main person behind the eldritch chapters, and who was in West Virginia, came to New York in search of a container she needs to get from another person. She is here in the city now. We will meet up with her on Friday, if not sooner. And, I think that her friend and fellow dreamer, sploit will be here as well.

So anyone who is up for a live event full of interaction with the characters in the story, this is made for you.

 		bad weather
Oh man. I hope we get more information on this soon. Here is the thing: we are expecting severe winter storms tomorrow. Of course, they said the same thing earlier this week and it was a sunny day, so who knows.

Just FYI: if the weather is really bad there is no way I can go. I am still walking with my cane and I have trouble when the ground is wet or slippery even though I no longer have the stupid huge boot on my foot. The other thing is that I've just gotten over a bad case of bronchitis and I can't afford t to be sick another day! Between my foot and bronchitis I am way behind on the projects I need to get done.

So, if the weather is bad, I don't think you should count on me. I hope other people will be able to attend. I know that there are others from NYC who are following this game.

I feel that the event tomorrow is going to be a good one. There are a number of characters that we know will be here.

If anyone from NYC thinks they might like to participate but have no idea what is going on, please post here. I will be happy to help you catch up as best I can.

People in chat and on SO think it most likely that there will be a meet at the Eagles and Prey statue in Central Park at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 19 from the information Art leaked to us.

So far it looks like Johnny the Hack is planning on attending and Rowan will be there if the bus or event is not canceled due to weather, but a few more people on the ground would be most appreciated!

 		I'm leaving now for the ARG holiday get together. Right now the weather is clear, but they are still forcasting a storm for tomorrow.

The weather advisory is now set to start from 8am til midnight tomorrow, which isn't a very exact time. We'll see what is happening in the morning. In New York City, the weather is rarely as bad as predicted.

oh by the way the eagle and prey statue is at 69th street in the center of the park, if that is where people are going to be.

 		No snow yet! I'm going to be at the statue. I am very happy to say that EGo and Sifaka are going to join us. I'm not sure how long I can stick around - depends totally on the weather--but I'll do as much as I can. I wouldn't want to miss this!

I'll hope to bseeingu tomorrow morning at the statue!

 		Oh man they had a full day of chasing around the city.

I dropped out in the early stages, but they were all over. It ended up in the Cloisters with a final stop at a bar. The snow and the storm was terribly cold and wet and they all deserve thanks for sticking it out.

Congrats to everyone for the good work, especially Rowan who did a fantastic job as the player on the ground.

Also, thanks to the PMs who organized a fantastic trip around the city. The basic idea was to find a sign with a symbol, go to a web cam and show it.. I like that idea of a ritual using symbols and the web...and then the online players helped find the locations.

No one could have predicted that the weather would be such a huge factor. The day before the weather was perfect. And we hardly ever have a white Christmas in Manhattan.
