Dave, I'm getting reports of problems with the network still, and you people can't find the source? What do I pay you for anyway?

I don't care if you have to go through each of the twenty-some-odd firewalls with a magnifying glass: I need to know if it's coming from the inside or the outside.

Also run a check on JACOB, please. I don't want to take any chances.

I need answers now. Don't make me send you away like the others.

Two things:

If I'm understanding what you're saying, each time the puzzle pops up it's different, regardless of server (haven't checked them all). Open the puzzle pane and hit F5...

As far as I can tell, yeah it is.

I was thinking that maybe I should send Jill Layton an email saying something like
Quote:
Jill,
It has come to my attention that one of your employees is missing.
I may be able to help. Please contact me as soon as possible - before anyone else finds out that she is.

If she agrees, we might get an in, if not, I'll (probably) be the only one to be targeted.
That, and the last part could be taken either as "Hey, I know she's missing, let me help before the news gets around", or "Hey, let me help or I'm telling everyone that she's missing".

Holy crap, a lot happened last night!

Caseys_Mom, far as I know no one cracked the qrcode for my ID badge. I've tried with my camera, but it's so crappy on up close pics. Tried a scanner but it wasn't readable by the sites you all listed earlier. Tried the iPhone but all the apps suck. *bangs head on desk* I think I'm just going to scan it again and throw it up on here. Maybe you all can find a program that will actually read it.

I'll have a scan up tonight when I go to the boyfriend's place.

Also, I'm going to try playing the other side a bit, see if I can get Jill to hire Gil/Gib, get him on the inside. I'll post a facebook message when I've typed it up.

Heard from Dave that you're still having problems with the network. My friend has a kid just out of high school. He's a whiz with his computer. She said he applied with s a few weeks ago. Gilbert's his name. Nice kid. I think he'd be a great help. Look into him, let me know what you think.

From Gilbert's new post, it seems like the answers to these puzzles is from the inside.

All the firewalls are locked from the outside, but there's got to be an opening somewhere. There always is, right?

Somebody in there has got to have keys... who's their tech guy in there, anyway?

Maybe some of the others could email Juliette saying they can't get in to the sites, and could they have the key so they can do their jobs? Maybe make it sound urgent?

Haha, yeah, I realized that after I posted it, but it wouldn't let me log back in.

I don't know if anyone's seen this yet, but the page timeout in the source code is 75246138. Could that be the order we have to put it in?

EDIT: Either it changes randomly, or each page has its own timeout.

Actually, if you follow through the Javascript, that is the random order that the images are put into when the page is loaded. That number changes each time the page is reloaded.

Ah, silly Fractal, I saw the doInit and ignored it. So maybe there's a set order we have to put them in?
Well, at least they're solvable. http://azeroth.deceptech.com/Lock/Chevrons/UnLocked.jpg
