 		That was Joshua. I think they're meant to look alike, because, well... because. I'm SPECing evil twin until I get evidence otherwise. But maybe it's all just TRON.

 		Oh yeah I was walking on the way home and I remembered it was probably a different name.

But they both start with the letter J just like my name starts with the letter J. Both my real name and my user name.

Oh and they're both biblical names.

 		I can't understand the rest, but the first two lines are:

You are but half of what is needed for the key
The sixth of primes spin the words to clarity.
Assuming that one is a prime, it's 13. Otherwise, it's 11. It's a clue to solving the rest of the puzzle. Maybe we're supposed to go 13, 14, 15...? I have nary an idea.

 		Atbash for that part, though sub cipher usually gets it. One isn't prime, so it's 13.

I cheated and used the Vigenere Guesser. Key doesn't make sense to me so maybe it's really Gronsfeld or something? Gibson ROT13
