Good luck with that, I put something along the lines of "before my time obviously"...

however if you DO find out what it is PLEASE tell me...i'm one of those "useless info" people and it annoys me i couldn't find out what it was

Nice find. Starting to see lots of obvious an not so obvious(or reading too much into it) signs for JACOB. Eight seems to pop up alot, the "chevron key", the number of sides on JACOB, naming two, and then with the bible references to "joshua's brother"(LGL ref also, to a certain kick a** AI), and then the above. I've been thinking for a while that we have missed something, just couldn't put my finger on it.

So if we are missing something in relation to JACOB...what is it?

Just a theory..but if Gibson is part of the Runners...then he hacks in to receive information....so when he got into their homepage....he might have gotten some pretty restricted info about JACOB...something blackmail-worthy? No idea yet. Anyway, he gets caught snooping, and BAM. Officials strike back...then thats where we are now.

 		May there be something interesting at www.fbni.org? It seemed wierd he'd do nothing with that site. It's linked again in the email received by the Runners upon signing up, and the quote is from Planetfall. The full quote is "Today's Stellar Patrol: Boldly Going Where Angels Fear to Tread". This has probably been found before, so trout me if you must.

 		Hey, this may sound out there, but what if Jacob is V? I mean, we've been theorizing that he's the one sending out the cryptic messages....

Working on submitting mine, I want to get them all right, if it's possible.

 		there's no real proof that it's his website. He's just made by the company. Maybe he's so advanced he " took the turing test? .... and failed? .... on purpose?" (From the new site's signup page)

We here at DecepTech Industries take the security of our internal network very seriously.

Network Operations has recently discovered numerous attempts to breach some of our more critical system firewalls. But we feel that they are the most reliable method we can use to ensure the security of the firewalls, so long as no unauthorized duplication or distribution of the transparency keys takes place.

We have, however, reset all the logins and passwords to the firewalls. Once the firewalls are repurposed and the hierarchy is documented and distributed, we will assign logins and passwords accordingly.

I'm pretty sure thats a reference to an obsolete Lenovo part. But I could be wrong... either way, It's Been Malfunctioning...it might even be Insidious Black Magic! Old user jokes... see here: http://catb.org/esr/jargon/html/I/IBM.html
