ETA: The 'hilite' stuff is an 8x8 grid. Yeah, obvious, but we have a lot of 8x8 grids here. Is there some way this could be another overlay?

 		Updated the overlay image again above, finishing off A14 and B16 too.

 		Could the highlighted info just be telling us which keys are which firewall? Because I can see that there are 32 two-letter codes in there, and some of them are obvious (ie: Xo=Xoth, Az=Azeroth). The order though I'm not sure, but I think I've got it.
