 		My Own Worst Enemy ARG - Original
Possible ARG based on new NBC show.
I found an interesting video regarding NBC's new show, "My Own Worst Enemy":

They list the "contact" as emilybethkent at gmail.com. I have e-mailed that address, but have not heard anything back. Has anyone found anything else?

 		Very cool. I just made up some mumbo jumbo to send off to Emily and see if I get a reply. Here's part of an article on "My Own Worst Enemy" that describes a bit of what she's talking about.

Looks like they took out Emily, guess Janus doesn't like snoopers.
The website belongs to the firm that Henry Spivey works for (underneath which is the Janus headquarters that his alter ego, Edward Albright, obeys). It's complete with an input for "Client Access Only." Whoo!

The WHOIS returns to GE who is sponsering "My Own Worst Enemy" in exchange for them using/promoting their cars in the show.

Thanks everyone! I also got the "Not accepting e-mails" response, and a link to ajconsulting. Looks like that "problem" got "solved".

But I'm curious about the Access part of the website. Do you think that we'll get some way to get in during the premiere?

Quite possibly, but there may be a way in before hand. Wait and see for now.

Another little point - if you check the 'careers' section of the site, you can try to apply for AJ Sun. Currently it says they aren't hiring, but given that the site gives you the option to apply, it would seem you could attempt to join the company at some point.

However, the form is rigged to not really accept anything in the input field, and will only return a fixed message:

}

There's always the possibility that they could update the page code and activate that form, but somehow I doubt it.

I was looking at the above link and noticed this scentence:

So with that stated, I was watching the webisode

and noticed when Emily is interviewing Oliver, at 1:32 - 1:31 the screen distorts (white interference) when he grabs her. Then he lets her go, says the name "Oliver" and glances at the screen (counter is at 1:12) , at this point there is another section of static distortion. - Im wondering if the static is caused by a frequency going to or from him and thats what interferes with the video transimission? End note: The PIP screen of Emily does not distort, so this is meant to be on the interview video. HEhehe I wish Emily wasnt grabbed so I could ask her about what caused the distortion.

 		Fabulous! After catherwood showed that the client access was bogus, I was expecting this to be nothing more than a micro-site. That wouldn't have any reason for you to send in an "application" though. So, I just got done watching the show; pretty nifty stuff with a very definite potential for an extended experience.

And on a side note, would someone be nice and give the thread a little more appropriate tag and title so finding it is easier? Smile

Ask and ye shall receive! The original title was meant to be catchy, but I have a feeling this is going to be something long-term. Smile
