So the question becomes - is this a hand drawn interpretation of NYC's Central Park area? If so, what becomes of it - what do we do with it? If not, is this a red herring to throw us off of something else? Or are we not getting it?

I like the idea of NYC, but are we falling too far away from Milwaukee?

no, of course not. Not only was the original video shot in NYC (especially central park), but our first drop was in the Rose Room of the New York Public Library.

I think this is reasonable. I think enough of the map matches up with the center of Manhattan that we can rule it a large probability.

K, thanks for the slap in the face Smile I really want it to work because it means we're progressing. If only we had more info from another rebel (say Mars) I'd feel more accomplished.

We get this right?

Deap drop. Middle of baseball field in central park. Probably a family tree?

Let's go NYCers! Get out there!

AWESOME solution, I don't know how post divined it without at the correct landmarks. Take a camera, whoever goes (and make sure it's not a chocolate II).

I was excited by the Jackie O / 2010 connection, but the 2010 square doesn't really match the location of Jackie O Reservoir. I think the Y could possibly be something else. I'd say for all the NYCers it's worth checking out, but I'm not fully convinced this is the spot.
Just my thoughts.

If you check out Bruce's google map, 2010 fits over the Jackie O reservoir.

I always have to refresh once to see the pins and lines that have been added.

Okay, I'm convinced. I'll talk to some NYC peeps and see if they'll go.

I'll be able to go, but not until Saturday. No chance in hell I am wandering around Central Park at night and Saturday is the soonest I can get there in daylight.

I just wish we had one more little titbit of info, because I'm afraid we might end up sending people to stand around in the middle of a ballfield.

Definitely worth the trip, though.

LoL, i was thinking the same thing. I wouldn't be caught dead there at this hour...well, I might be dead, or harassed by the homeless at the very least. I can probably do Sunday if no one can go before that.
