Awesome work, Relogger! And you made a friend out of it. Bonus?

First: Thank you Relogger!!!

Second: I could be waaaaay off, but this section of the tweet suddenly seems important:

I asked the girl her name.

"I have many names, but they are not important now. What is important is what you will leave behind. You are an agent of change."

"But what will I leave behind?" I asked her. "I grow old. My legacy will be buildings and lands. I am not a hero."

She looked directly into my eyes. "You leave something behind here, in this secret place, that goes beyond what you know and understand."

"I only hope that it is found quickly, covertly. The owners here, the ones who control this cafe, they are women and men with dark hearts."

"And they must not know of what you leave, so important the artifact."

She leaned over and kissed me gently on the cheek. "You are tired, Duke Chuck, and so now I plant the seed."

"Somewhere quiet, somewhere under. A little, a little. A trifle. Whoever finds it will spread it, and it will grow."

"This table, this seat, under. Reunion."

Oh noes!

ChuckDideEate Also, I had another dream on the rail back to town. In it, I was playing basketball against a ghost.

ChuckDideEate I took it to the hole (naturally) but as I drove, the spirit denied the shot with a well-executed block off the backboard. I was embarrassed

ChuckDideEate The ball rolled off the court and under a table, so I had to get it. From under the table. Which is where it was.

ChuckDideEate Also in my dream I was naked but I don't think that's consequential.

Chuck's (hardly) subtle way of telling us we missed it =(

Are you sure? Are you sure this isn't about *another* drop?

Pretty sure. It was posted immediately after Relogger posted about what she found. And the 'under the table, which is where it was' bit is none to subtle.

lhall talked to the Mikes and they seemed to indicate we missed something Confused

Only other possibility I can think of is that they're pointing us toward a way to solve what we found... but I don't think they would do so so soon.

I posted the two pictures I took, and a hand drawn map. Sorry it is not neater and the pictures are so dark: the room was lit by that string of holiday lights so it was quite dim and a flash would have gotten me 'asked to leave'. I did look under all three tables and benches, and did not see anything other than the numbers and the tape as mentioned previously. However, I'm sorry if I missed anything.

Well, it's been confirmed publicly now by Jagoda, but there's definitely something under the table that we've missed. But for the record, I talked to both Mikes and gave them all the details, and both mentioned tables and leaving things behind.

Michael Lewis said that he didn't recognize the string of numbers and errors, but that Jagoda had come into the MTC offices (which he never does), ranting and raving about his visions, and mentioning something left behind under a table.

Then Mike Russo said the same general thing (he's alive btw) and asked specifically where we found the info. I told him that it was under a cushion on a bench, and he said it didn't ring any bells, and Jagoda's rantings were "definitely table-centric".

The Jagoda tweets started rolling in about 30 minutes before cafe close though. Darn! Hmrpita lives very close to it though, so I'm sending her all the details so she can go by tomorrow to look.

I noted that my waitress this morning was similar in appearance and personality to Chuck's so maybe she is involved... maybe the next person to go should try approaching her with similar phrasing to Chuck's, and maybe it is possible that she takes the artifact with her when she is not at work.

Regardless, I advise the next person to go during daylight hours, and take other people with you as convenient cover for suspicious activity. Being alone, it was more obvious when I was doing weird stuff like ducking under the table or pulling cushions off seats.

Next Trip

I only live 15min. away, so I'll try and get some friends and a car. I can't guarantee I'll get them all together too soon though.

Yeah, I was thinking that the tape was probably OOG. The menu items at Cafe Gratitude are named things like "I am Thankful" and "I am Beautiful", and to order they insist you say that you are holy or whatever.

It tends to bother them when you say "I'll have an I am Radiant" or whatever. Laughing
