Life is too short not to do what one feels necessary. I should be chosen because not only am I an ideal candidate, but because when respect is earned I can be fiercely loyal to whom I am serving.

Turns out they're personalized to what you wrote, which is neat. I've been assigned as a "RECRUIT, HAWK PAT. 1," and am to await further instructions.

"Voicebox One" is the name of our contact (so says the From: info), so that verifies the number magnet0 got right there.

Health - 8. Strength - 6, being female I am stronger than my like-gendered peers but obviously less strong than an equal sized male. Median - 7

Advanced open water scuba certified, first aid and CPR certified. I have an interest in martial arts and as such have been casually taught by friends -- some kickboxing, MCMAP, and Krav Maga.

8. Have you served in any militia, army, or other military group?
No.

9. What weaponry, if any, do you feel capable of utilizing?
I am familiar with and have often self-trained in various handguns, hunting rifles, and shotguns -- I am best with long range rifles. I am also somewhat reliable with a bladed weapon.

10. Do you consider yourself a leader or a follower?
I am a situational chameleon. If I see weakness in those around me, I lead. But I am equally capable of following instructions from someone that I respect. Of the two however, I lean more towards wanting to be in control of a situation.

11. Do you lie on a regular basis?
I lie if necessary to prevent physical harm or otherwise uncontrollable circumstances, but not excessively.

12. Do you consider yourself to be a "good person"?
I have my own moral code. Sometimes it syncs up with the majority world view, sometimes it does not. I try to respect other people and do no unnecessary harm. But I believe that many of the word's laws seem to serve no other purpose than to let overtly "bad" people go free, something that could indeed use rectifying.

13. In less than 500 words, describe your motives for joining and why you should be chosen to serve.
There is strength in numbers. The larger the number of people working towards a single goal, the more likely that it will be accomplished. I recognize that I need others to affect change in the world and am willing to fervently support and aid them in doing so.
