It looks to be in-game.
AND...before you db's trout, I agree that this does need its own thread. I do believe most users would rather not sift through 15-16 pages to find where people have found this site and tried new passwords.
Therefore I before you can

couldnt be janice could it?

I hope I'm not promoting something OOG, totally not my intention. But the WhoIs search does say created 02/29/08. Just about the right timing for the other IG sites. Is this a hint towards the user/password above? Or could this be OOG as the above poster's spelling and grammar is, well, Craptastic to say the least.

Most "found" items throughout the life of this game came from single posters.
Still no luck here either...

Does the domain tell us anything to determine if the site is IG or OOG?

Nothing is definite, but the February date is a good sign. Other than that, only getting the password will help us know for sure (and username for that matter).

If I had to reckon a guess, I'd say he took the USGX.... number that was figured out by some folks applying a formula on the MissingTeddyHanssen Blog thread and put .com after it.
Occam's Razor, anyone?
