Provided it's not pouring rain, I'll be at the ball fields this afternoon armed with a camera and hope (that I'm not gonna waste my time).

This message is to let you guys (and anyone who reads these forums) know I'll be there today. Wink

lol Reminds me of a blind date. I feel like you should be wearing a white rose or something so that anyone else who shows up will know it's you. Good luck!

Ha. I'll be the overweight guy with long hair that is walking around the ball fields on a December afternoon.

I can skip out of work and meet up there. What time?

I'll be the guy in the long black coat holding a white case with the mark of the family tree on it.

crappy day

it's crap weather out right now and I'm stuck in the office + evening holiday party. Perhaps I'll take a late night ride up to the park after. The more coverage the better, right?

I'll probably be leaving Brooklyn around 12:30, taking the A to the 4,5 then however long it takes to walk to the ball fields from the 86th St station.

Probably closer to 1:15. Black jacket, black hat.

I'll be taking photos with my iPhone for the sake of speed along with the good photos with the LX3 and posting them to my Twitter account.

Expect to see links to twitpic.com

Nice! I'll have my video camera, and I'm bringing a friend. Does anyone care to recap what we should be looking for? I'll be able to keep up on the forum through my cell phone.

Well, probably something with the family tree/heart on it.

Could be an envelope containing more of the torn up paper from the SF drop or something else entirely like a hamBurger

Oh yes, the Emerald Nuts Midnight run. Godseed is in an emerald casket.

If this is all about nuts, I swear to you, I'm going to commit murder.

I wouldn't consider that out of the question. At all.

Emerald Nuts are known for really silly/weird/nonsensical advertising. Perhaps realising that nuts don't exactly lend themselves to traditional ads, one memorable Emerald commercial advised the you to eat Emerald nuts as a method of preventing the late actor Robert Goulet from coming to your office and knocking stuff off your desk.

No, seriously, thats really what it said. Compared to that, This Is My Milwaukee is actually pretty normal.

Robblat just twittered:

Bad news for #TIMM. The softball fields are CLOSED until mid-April.

So, uhm, that even rules out the Midnight Run, doesn't it?

robblatt:

In one of the maps I made, the "X" was closer to the curved windows on the SW corner of the art museum. Just outside -- near the bushes. Can you take a peek there?
