I think I also got one of the anagrams wrong.

RUNICTESTER could have equalled = Ten Recruits

which ties in with the 10 spaces and the recruitment message.

I didn't put anything in the body, just the number in the Subject.

Don't worry though, I think the address is manned by a human, not an automated machine, so they'll most likely see what you're trying to do and reply accordingly. So just sit tight!

Looks like a cropped strip of the word HEAT or most likely HEALTH or something. (think pixel fonts)

Well, I think it's safe to say that the bottom of the website will fill in to be a copy of the game shown in the video. Go to 0:35 on the video; exact replica. Looks like some sort of pong in space...
