Still looking at the garbled transmissions. If you binary encode them such that each group of characters (don't encode spaces) gives you one line, then for each tweet you get 11 blocks of 8x8. You can start to see what look like patterns, possibly letters, but nothing immediately jumps out. Maybe need to swap some rows? (make sure window is stretched wide enough to see properly)

Edit: what tool are u using to do the missions

ok, its a complete shot in the dark but im looking at the binary pattern that mr toasty came up with and im wondering if it reads anything in braille? if anyone knows how to read braille could they have a look because ive not no idea.

It's hard to make out but if you look at the 1's...well maybe it would be easier if I showed you my experiements so far.
