you have to have AOL. It's a chat room. Town Square (public), then just enter the room name shrecknet. It's gone now. I suppose you could IM shrecknet too via AIM.

No, I meant the [-h.g|i.g|k.d|a.j|j.e|a.j|j.c|e.h|a.u|k.a|a.q|i.g|k.d|
j.a|j.e|a.j|j.0|i.g|a.j|j.c|j.a|a.n-] code.

The solution was
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Change the letters into numbers, concatenate them, convert them into letters based on the ascii values. The message is Warning: You are in danger. But apparently this came to late for Jon to be saved?

It seems that Jon is a generation 5 (or so) Ventrue. Does this note mean that Jon's captors are also Ventrue, sent by their prince, and that he is being held in the name-redacted LLC company? How can we find out the name of this company? And who, besides the Ventrue, would say "den of iniquity"?

 		Yep - and I'm also guessing we need to use Google Earth or something to figure out exactly where they are now. At least, I can't figure it out using Google Maps. But speaking very roughly, it looks like they may have stopped somewhere around Philadephia, then gone on to somewhere near Dover, DE. I can't download Google Earth at work though. Confused
