 		@JonahFalcon - well the first thing I recognized was that it was a number sequence. 3(pigs), 7(cakes), 4(cookies), 5(pies), & so on so you get:

3,7,4,5,1,8,2,4,1,4,5,9,4,2,9,0
combined with what I think is a clue in the text at the end of the puzzle "The pigs moved northeast after that" and jslice1001 thinking the numbers were coordinates; which they are:
37deg 45' 18.24"
14deg 59' 42.90"
the coordinates to Mt. Etna in Italy - which I can't remember what post it was, but Mt. Etna was the answer to a previous puzzle

That's the best I can explain it, hope that helps. Smile

I'm not sure what code Porter used. The first thing that jumped out at me was that it looked like "WINSTON" & the only thing I could think of was Winston-Salem, NC. I know Netchurch once resided in NC - connection? Idk, probably not...
Still not sure how bowling ties in either. Maybe Porter's just a fan of the Big Lebowski? Razz

I made a post last night, mentioning 6 - and a few other things. I guess I forgot to hit "Submit"...?

Oh well - either way, nice job with the solve on the coordinates! Heh - and everytime I look at the latest code, I see "Winston" also - can't see anything else.. lol
But I'll work on it a bit today, see what I can come up with.

@ jslice - what did mean by the comments on 6? It's obvious you weren't referring to me at first - just curious where the comment came from?

 		I was talking about the story of the three little pigs. Page 6 said there was more to that pig story than the Mt. Etna coordinates, that it was "STARING" him in the face. So I thought I'd throw out something about the three little pigs, fishing for a hint. It didn't work. ^^

I think the new code has something to do with bowling. Don't know what though, so that's my homework for today!

There's always Bowling Green, Kentucky... [/shrug]

I know the town exists, because that's where they build Corvettes Very Happy, but I can't quite reconcile the code to that.... yet.

 		Heh, I was talking about the game itself. Like the code has something to do with a bowling scoresheet... I kind of remember something similar from some kids book about how to be a secret detective when I was growing up. Wish I still had it. ^^

EDIT
Still looking at this thing, it could also be a set of directions. Left, Straight, Right North, Left South, Right, Straight... Turn around and look up to the north? Heh, just throwing it out there, doesn't make much sense either.

 		(shrug) If you think it's Winston or Winston-Salem, go ahead and throw it out there. You don't get penalized for WRONG answers. lol

Searching for it - there's a lot of possibilities. Some are companies, fewer still are places. I think the most likely possibility I've found at this point is here. It's still within the US - and not too far from where he was. I searched through the list of businesses, but didn't see anything that jumped out at me. I was looking for something related to bowling(have we ruled that out yet?) Winston, sion, insight, etc. I did see an "Inward Vision" - but I think it sounded good, simply because it actually sounded like the other possible answers.

Scratch everything mentioned above. I pulled up Google Earth to check out the town -and there are actually several Etna's:
Norway
Allegheny, PA
Lincoln, NV
Whitley, IN
Fairmont, Garfield, OK
Siskiyou, CA
Box Elder, UT
Penobscot, ME
Amboy, Clark, WA
Lincoln, WY

But at least that narrows the list some more. We know the Doc hasnt' left the country, and we're guessing he couldn't/wouldn't have gone far (especially if he is the key to this thing, I'm guessing he's going to be instrumental in helping/stopping Swift..) That being said - I would still guess/bet on either PA or ME. Both are relatively close to where he was last. Now, how to figure out which one?

 		I dropped a comment on the blog, mentioning the several references to Etna - and no clue where to go from there.

Netchurch replied, stating I should try Porter. So I've done just that - I emailed Porter with what we think we know so far - and asking if he has any other info that might help.

[OOG] For quite awhile I thought we were dealing with one main PM who did the correspondence, responding to blog posts, IM's and emails. I'm not so sure now. If the same person was Netchurch/Porter - it seems like kind of a roundabout way of doing things to have Netchurch tell me to ask Porter for help. And then to make it a tad more... off? Someone named Annex responds for Porter, stating he's waiting on Jon .. lol[/OOG]

To be fair, the email I sent Porter last night, had to do with tracking down Netchurch and his location (which I guess I mistakenly assumed would be part of the answer to the UN/PW that Jon is currently dealing with) - but I didn't mention that. Simply that we were trying to narrow down the Etna's.

I also found it funny that this was a not-so-subtle jab at us,lol.

It's been made pretty clear at this point, that Jon's puzzle must be solved first, before we can locate Netchurch. So what part of the puzzle is it, we're not fitting in correctly?

Winston is the UN, according to Jon - and then he goes back to looking at the image that Porter sent him. I'm gonna see what I can do with that today when I get a chance.
