Parker's Vortex 2?

Just got these, from malstromSPLATymail.com and parkeratthedprSPLATyahoo.com, respectively.

Anyways, I need some help. There's an underground crime ring that's been beating us at every turn, and I have reason to suspect they have an inside man here at the DPR. Of course, we've already questioned those who we suspect it to be, but my squad (and Jacob) feel we could use some fresh pairs of eyes to help us out. Let me know if you're interested, and I'll brief you on the suspects.
