Cesar -

I know you aren't a weatherman, but how much colder do expect it to get? I'm wearing thermal underwear and layers upon layers now!

I don't know about the others, but I'm sick to death of being cold! Am I being a wimp, or just didn't pack enough warm clothes. You all had months to prepare and I had scant days!

Maybe there is someone willing to loan me some warmer clothes?

Also, I know that Kyle put a stop to the campfires down in the jungle and on the plains for fear of Raul's men, but surely we could have a fire here? There's not much to burn here, except some scrubby looking pines, and moss, but it's better than no fire!

8 AM: Cesar and Niko got into a heated argument today when Cesar left and returned to camp early in the morning again. Niko demanded Cesar tell the MOE where he was going, with Raul threatening them as he was he apparently didn't like that Cesar was sneaking away from camp.

Niko eventually even questioned Cesar's command! In his fury, Niko lashed out that "You haven't been including the MOE's thoughts into any of your decisions and we've already had a bad reporter as it is!"

Niko said he would gladly take charge of the MOE and do what they suggest, rather than lead blindly.

Is there another coup heading this way?
