I also had these subject headings, which seem odd. "twetg.we.get.wep", and "Dispatch; the limit of your lives is out. Re: The time has come.." which had nothing in the body at all.

I have five messages total, all in about ten or twelve minutes.

Any one looked at twitter? I'm back tracking in case we missed something.

EDIT: BTW I bolded the text, Just a note to avoid confusion.

I'm on twitter.

i tried to figure out what twegt.we.get.wep but i couldn't figure anything out. I event tried putting it in my browser and hitting enter, nothing of course. Would a PM give us gibberish like that unless he was just messin' around and trying to make us all crazy?

@TRodS - I thoroughly agree with & would probably have written the following if pancito did not get to it first:

pancito wrote:
I messed with both of them for a while and got nowhere. Doesn't prove anything except that I didn't get anywhere.

Based on that & my own experience, for the most part PM's do not deliberately frustrate the players with things that are totally unsolvable... But it has happened before hehehe. For the time being, With these ones i'm going with Dunno

our pm's have a sense of humor. googled and got this...

jeez...

:edit: youtube brings up this, but I'm pretty sure its nothing as well...

:edit pt deux: ok i've gone through and done the letter to number equivalent, and maybe i'm on to something, maybe not, but has anyone else tried this? taking it down to raw numerical value it's almost like an isp (?could be wrong teminology). it's like when you log into another comuter using it's numerical address...it looks a little to big, but the spacing is right I think... if you drop the zeros you get this: 22327.235.752.23516

Seriously if you dont like it go, all you've done is be negative. Instead of using you're brain to criticize put that cognative thinking to solving the clues.

I played with 'twetg.we.get.wep' just a little and tried simple substition to get 'tcotd.co.dot.com'. As I can't get anything from 'co.com' perhaps the 'tcotd' means something else.

Or it really is gibberish. Sad

Sorry Cog,

I have been very negative, but quite honestly, it's all I've got right now. I mean seriously...solving WHAT clues?? I've looked for hours to see if there's anymore good info on Spear and the God Machine besides what we've already got. The best I could find was that fortean times article I posted. I tried to see about any connection between the God Machine and the modern invention of the Connection Machine... might be something, but not really panning out.

I can't go to the drops and nothing has been found in London yet. The code(s) gibberish so far. The picture from Greenland?? Got no idea. I mean, it's obviously some kind of base of operations for H.E.L.I.X. but that piece of the puzzle is pretty useless at present.

The new file with the 3 pictures (Gryphon statue, microorganism and sketch)... that could be something, but probably not without the first Two-part) clue.

and the best thing we've got to go on about New York is that Elephant Ride post. So, we've really been messed with because none of it is really worth anything unless we find these drops (which I can't help with since I'm in Wisconsin) which don't even seem to exist at present (at least the London one so far).

I'm sure I might've missed a detail or two in all that, but I think it's a pretty decent summary of our collective wheels spinning.

If it's simply the negativity you have an issue with, I can totally stop posting that stuff... it's cool. But, I don't really see it as negative as much as assessing the reality of our current situation. The PM hasn't given us anything at all yet so it doesn't seem like this game is starting off with a BIG BANG... more of a frustrated whimper.

I appreciate the efforts of everyone who's contributed so far, especially you guys that go out scouting for the drops. I just feel bad for you guys to keep on going on these searches and not getting anything.

So, I've said my peace. I will not make another post until I have something more positive and/or constructive to contribute. Sorry again for pissing you off.

Jeez, I hate early morning meetings...

So anyways, have we found anyone in NY willing to go investigate this Elephant place you guys found? It's crazy, usually people come out of the woodwork to go after dead drops.

I live in GA and sadly have no contacts in NY. Well, I do, but they wouldn't play along with me on this. No sense of adventure.

Soo...NY members, where are you at?

No need to be sorry, you didn't piss me off. I just don't see the point in posting negatives (Unless there's humour such as the FAIL! comment earlier) Plus my bad too was a bit angry (Uni does that)

Any how!

The Manchester picture is titled The Connection, So I was thinking maybe either the three pictures are linked, it links all other pictures so far or it links the drops? But I cant find that connection.

I can understand the frustration with this all, especially when we're so far away from the drops, we're useless. I'm feeling the same way. I kind of wish the PM had checked to make sure there were enough people around the drops before coming up with them. Or if they'd even sent the first emails to people IN those areas. It would have sped things up.

It's a bit annoying to be told "Hey, go to New York and London, or you can't do anything else!" when you live in Eastern Canada.
